We believe that enjoying Guinness is one of life’s great pleasures, but it should always be done responsibly. By joining our tours, you agree to consume alcohol in moderation and to make arrangements for safe transport home.
Stay within your limits: Know your own tolerance and pace yourself. Our tours include multiple stops with varying pour sizes; you are not obliged to finish every drink. Feel free to ask your guide for non‑alcoholic options at any time.
Eat before and during: Consuming food alongside alcohol slows absorption and helps you enjoy the flavours. Our guides can suggest places to grab a snack or meal during the tour.
Stay hydrated: Alternating alcoholic beverages with water helps you stay comfortable throughout the day.
Arrange safe transport: Plan your journey home in advance. Dublin has taxis, rideshares and public transport options. Do not drink and drive.
Age and ID: By law, you must be 18 years of age to consume alcohol in Ireland. Please bring a valid form of photographic ID; venues may refuse service without it.
If you ever feel unwell or need to step away from the group, please let your guide know. We want every guest to have a memorable and safe experience.
