Enquiries
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, message and any tour preferences you choose to share. We use these details to respond, discuss arrangements and manage the service you request. The enquiry form prepares a message for you to send through your email app or WhatsApp. Your message is sent only when you choose to send it through that service. Please avoid sending payment-card details or sensitive medical information in a message.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are completed through Bókun. Information you enter in its booking interface is processed by the booking provider and its payment services under the policies displayed at checkout. This site does not collect or store your card details.
Technical information
Our hosting and form services may process technical information needed for security, spam prevention and reliable operation. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions with booking and contact links. Analytics is optional and stays off unless you accept. We do not send your enquiry fields to Google Analytics or use advertising personalisation.
External services
Opening WhatsApp, email, mapping or booking links takes you to services with their own privacy practices. The booking page embeds Bókun to let you check availability and reserve a tour.
Your information and rights
We use enquiry information for the relevant request and related administration, and keep it only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy question. You can also contact the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
