Meet & Chat

We begin each evening at a centrally located meeting point, easily reached on foot or by tram. Your guide welcomes you with a reflective conversation to discover your tastes — whether you prefer velvety stout or lively music, how far you wish to wander, and what sort of atmosphere you’re seeking. That dialogue informs everything that follows, ensuring the tour feels both intentional and spontaneous.

Guide Picks the First Stops

Drawing on what we’ve learned from that conversation—and factoring in pour consistency, crowd dynamics and the day’s atmosphere—your guide selects the first one or two pubs. There is no predetermined roster or published route; your evening begins with the guide’s seasoned intuition.

We Adapt Together

Pint of Guinness with creamy head on bar

After those initial stops, the pace becomes collaborative; at each juncture the group decides whether to savour another pint or strike out for somewhere new. If everyone is charmed by a particular pub we’ll linger, even if that means one less venue on the itinerary. If the vibe isn’t right, we simply move on. Every journey is bespoke and shaped by the people on it.

No Public Pub Listing

To protect the privacy of our favourite haunts and preserve the spontaneity of the experience, we never publish a list of venues and we never promise a specific destination. Our mission is to discover the best Guinness on the day, not to tick boxes off a list.

Limited departures mean our tours often fill up quickly. If you don’t want to miss out on a place, secure your spot now or enquire about a private tour for your group.
